Where's Tapio the Elf?
Tapio the Elf has sat on the coffee-room shelf since 2011. At 1 pm he was there. At 4 pm the shelf is empty and Santa arrives in an hour.

Each player represents one or two departments: reception, IT, finance, HR, facilities, the coffee room crowd, customer service or management. Each department saw only part of the day, and the robot vacuum Pörriäinen roamed the office all afternoon.
Six locks open one at a time: the empty coffee room, the corridor sounds, the storeroom keypad, the robot's app, the dock beacons and the dock's log grid. Nobody has the full story, so you have to talk.

Does it work with fewer than four players?
No. The game is built for 4–8 players. With four players, everyone covers two departments.
Do we need a shared screen?
No. Each player just needs a phone, and everyone plays in the same room.
Do we need an app or an account?
No. The game runs in the phone's browser. Nobody has to download anything or sign up.
How many phones can we use on one purchase?
One purchase is for one group. The player count depends on the game and is shown on its page. The link works for 30 days and can be used on up to eight different phones in total during that time.
How long does the link work?
For 30 days after purchase. You can play as many times as you like during that time.
Do we need internet?
Yes, every phone needs a connection. If a phone loses it for a moment, it keeps playing on its own, and codes bring it back to the same point as the others.
I lost my link. What now?
Request it again on the "Lost your game link?" page. We only ever send it to the email address used for the purchase.
Can I cancel my purchase?
The game link is delivered right after payment. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the link has been delivered. If the game doesn't work as described, contact us. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the game.
What will show on my card statement?
The charge appears as REDHERRINGCLUB, the name of the seller's shop: Red Herring Club.
