Operation Saimaa: The Numbers Station
Helsinki, a summer night in 1975. Your source SAIMAA vanished mid-mission, and his film is still out there. The ferry leaves in 65 minutes, and six locks stand between you and the pier.

Pay by card through Stripe. Your game link appears right after payment and is also sent to your email.
You opened this page inside an app. Payment and your game link work best in your normal browser: open the menu (••• or ⋮) and choose "Open in browser".

Every player has their own role: the Courier moves through the city, the Cryptographer keeps the one-time pads and ciphers, and the Technician listens to radios and measures signals. In bigger groups, two players share the tasks of one role, so everyone has a part of their own.
You can't show your screen to anyone. Information only travels by talking: one listens to the numbers station, one searches the one-time pad, one knows the city. The locks open only when the pieces click together.
- Six different locks: a numbers station, a tram, a hotel room, a darkroom, the midnight ferry and a departure check
- Real puzzles: ciphers, timetables and hunting for radio signals
- 6–8 players: two crews race through the same locks
- Hints for every lock if your group gets stuck
- Phones only, no shared screen needed

FAQ
What happens if the ferry leaves?
The clock then says the ferry is gone, but you can still play to the end.
Does it work with two players?
Yes. With two players, one of you plays the Courier and the other plays both the Cryptographer and the Technician, so there is more to read.
Do we need to know about ciphers?
No. The game provides all the rules and information you need.
Do we need an app or an account?
No. The game runs in the phone's browser. Nobody has to download anything or sign up.
How many phones can we use on one purchase?
One purchase is for one group. The player count depends on the game and is shown on its page. The link works for 30 days and can be used on up to eight different phones in total during that time.
How long does the link work?
For 30 days after purchase. You can play as many times as you like during that time.
Do we need internet?
Yes, every phone needs a connection. If a phone loses it for a moment, it keeps playing on its own, and codes bring it back to the same point as the others.
I lost my link. What now?
Request it again on the "Lost your game link?" page. We only ever send it to the email address used for the purchase.
Can I cancel my purchase?
The game link is delivered right after payment. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the link has been delivered. If the game doesn't work as described, contact us. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the game.
What will show on my card statement?
The charge appears as REDHERRINGCLUB, the name of the seller's shop: Red Herring Club.
